Large facility with access to 600 acres to trail ride on. Barn manager lives on site. Barn vets and farriers live within close distance. 5 total pastures that are yearly sprayed for toxic plants or weeds and management with rotation schedules. Hay baled on site and tested each year with Poulin Grain. 

Stall Board 

Stall sizes vary from 10x10 to 12x14. Tack area for your belongings, 4 crosstie areas, wash rack, grooming caddies, and large grain room. Turn out from 7am-Dusk. Large pastures for your horse to roam until turned in. Night turn out available in summer. Dry lots available for horses with metabolic issues. Grain provided by owner of horse. Blanket changes when necessary.

Pasture Board

Each pasture has run-in access. Covered hay huts for round bales with slow feeders on top to ensure continual grazing. Stock tanks cleaned weekly or when needed, heated in winter to prevent ice. Dry lots available for horses with metabolic issues. Grain provided by owner of horse. Blanket changes when necessary.
